Our client is a multinational telecom company that is growing rapidly in Japan. They are invested in next-generation technologies, including IoT, 5G, big data and network functions virtualization (NFV). They work with consumers, carriers and businesses all over the world to enable connectivity.
Main responsibilities are:
- Manage requests/requirements from customers
- Maintain good relationships with customers
- Technical communication with engineers
- Provide technical support and assist with troubleshooting
Technical support experience of MMS product, Core Network product or Wireline product (PON/GPON, Switch, Router, Firewall etc.)
Fluent Japanese, and intermediate English (TOEIC 600 level)
