Job Description

Sales support for this range of products in Japan

  • As part of the team, the succesful candidate will support the development and deployment of materials, presentations and sales collateral for these products for use with and by issuer and prospective issuer clients. Support consulting sales activities to obtain issuing commitment from target accounts when appropriate
  • Sales activities include consulting support in area of products strategy, system architect

Project support

  • Take a leading role in create and manage tracking tool for the Japan Debit Acceleration project progress. 
  • Create any necessary analysis tool on ad hoc basis to support project. Also, working in close co-operation with Debit CRM, Client marketing, Implementation, and operation team.
  • Manage and control various internal processes such as procurement, budget and spending

Client Support

  • Take a leading role in propose and complete the deal with each client where product team’s A&P support fund is involved.
  • Work closely with various internal department to clarify the scheme and follow it through by confirming effectiveness of each initiatives.
  • Create any necessary analysis tool on ad hoc basis to support project. Also, working in close co-operation with Debit CRM, Client marketing, Implementation, and operation team.

Review, design and develop public Debit material for Sales and Marketing team (including CR) to use for potential client as well as media

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with outstanding numerical skills
  • Willing to take a hands on approach to business efficiency issues with a demonstable ability to effectively prioritize
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Demonstrates time management skills
  • Customer service oriented in order to service clients
  • Fluent in both English and Japanese languages, spoken and written
  • Sales experience (as many interactions with the clients will be anticipated) and payment business experience are not mandatory but plus.
