Job Description

My client is a provider of an advertising technology platform used by advertisers, agencies and media companies to target specific consumer audiences across many devices. They are looking for anTechnical Account Manager for their large existing clients.

The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and serving as a main contact for internal teams. The Account Manager will work closely with internal Sales and Operations teams in the day-to-day management of our clients to ensure the execution, management, delivery and reporting of an advertiser’s campaign exceed the customer’s requirements and expectations.

Client is currently looking for a Technical Account Manager to be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and serving as a main point-of-contact for internal teams. The Technical Account Manager will work closely with the Commercial, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to ensure that the execution and management of all areas of the business exceed the customer’s requirements and expectations.

 

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert across all areas of the business and be willing and able to pick up new tasks and responsibilities at all times
  • Work closely with the Commercial, Client Services, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to support client initiatives
  • Build solid relationships with our clients and act as the primary contact point for various initiatives
  • Build solid internal relationships with Local, Regional, and Global leads to support our Japan business
  • Drive new Product Initiatives with our Product/Technology organizations to support our clients
  • Work with Sales and Operations team to identify opportunity to improve internal workflows and communication

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required;
  • Experience within the online advertising or technology solutions space with exposure to project management, product management, and client services.
