Job Description

You will be in charge of handling our client’s website projects. You are well versed in web marketing tools and services. A Background in ecommerce projects would be a big plus.

As a Project Manager you will be the main contact of our clients in Japan in order to achieve the website projects. You will be also in charge of advising our clients fort the best course of action during the project, and after the website went live.

Prioritization and organization are your strongest points. You are able to view the big picture, and know what it takes to achieve projects. You focus on the outcomes, rather than writing reports. Team player, you are ready to work in a multicultural environment with our team based in Singapore.

Responsibilities - Missions

  • Sum up clients requirements & write specifications,
  • Validate a planning with the client and the developers,
  • Work with a team of designer / developers to achieve projects
  • Advice our clients regarding key subjects: 
    • conversion rate optimization
    • content management & linking strategy,
    • user interface & user experience,
  • Ensure projects are launched according to published schedules,
  • Resolve project, design or resources issues before they cause delays,
  • Insure seamless communication with the client during the project: kick-off, design, development, delivery, publication and training.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Project Management
    • You have been working as a Project Manager in agency previously or handle web projects client side,
       
  • Methodology
    • Knowledge in Agile methodology would be a plus (with tools liks Jira, Trello),
       
  • International
    • Experience in multi-cultural, international organization.
       
  • Languages
    • You speak both Japanese & English
